At Walt's Used Workwear, we stand by the grit and durability of our gear; if your rugged apparel doesn't fit the job, return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are in the same condition as received, with all original Walt's authentication tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the workwear in its original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring the pre-paid shipping label is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Drop Off at Shipping Point

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your gear back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects the returned items for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5 business days.
